The star of the show is, without question, our Dry Hopped Gin. It brings a crisp, herbaceous kick that instantly sets the tone for the drink. To keep everything lively and fresh, we added lemon juice to the mix. That little burst of citrus helps keep the cocktail bright and zippy, ensuring it never feels heavy or overly sweet.

One small but mighty addition in this recipe is the saline solution. This is an easy-to-make solution using 20g of salt and 80g of hot water. It may sound subtle, but it truly ties everything together. A few drops help enhance the flavours already in the glass, rounding out the sweetness and acidity and giving the cocktail a more polished, professional finish. When all is said and done, the result is a light, aromatic cocktail that’s smooth, balanced, and totally crushable.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Dry Hopped Gin
• 1 oz Lavender Syrup
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 oz Cold Water
• 4 drops Saline Solution

Instructions

1. Fill your shaker two-thirds of the way with ice & add all ingredients
2. Shake for 10-15 seconds (or until the shaker is frosted)
3. Open pour into a hurricane glass and garnish! We like to use a lemon wheel and sprig of Lavender, but you can get creative!
