About the Distillery

At Controlled Entropy Distilling, we don’t cut corners – we shape them, age them, and infuse them. Our spirits are crafted in-house, in small batches, using 100% BC grown grain. We ferment, distill, flavour and savour all from our location in Summerland, BC.

Yes! Our picnic area is family-friendly. With a few non-alcoholic options to choose from, the whole family can enjoy the patio.
Do you serve food on the patio?
We offer snacks with our cocktails, but encourage you to pack your own picnic lunch or order takeout to enjoy a full meal on the patio.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are permitted in the outdoor seating area.
