About us
Controlled Entropy Distilling is a small batch artisan distillery located in beautiful Summerland, BC. It was born from a desire to create unique and approachable craft spirits that can transform a traditional cocktail into something truly amazing. Owned and operated by local couple Shea and Nahome, Controlled Entropy Distilling aims to shake up the cocktail industry with their fun and refreshing spirits.
