It’s getting chilly out! 🥶 What better way to warm up than with a delicious hot cocktail? Black tea, coconut vodka, and chai syrup topped with fresh whipped cream is simply to die for! This drink is rich and complex without being overly sweet. We use homemade Chai Demerara Syrup that complements the toasted coconut notes perfectly. Add some freshly ground nutmeg and you’ve got the perfect holiday drink.
1.5oz – Toasted Coconut Vodka
6oz – Hot Black Tea
1oz – Chai Demerara Syrup
1oz – Heavy Cream
1/4tsp – Vanilla
Fresh Nutmeg
1. Prepare 12oz of hot black tea (you’ll want two portions).
2. Add the vodka, syrup, and black tea to a warmed glass and stir to combine.
3. Place 2oz of heavy cream in a shaker with the vanilla and shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
4. Pour (or scoop) 1oz of the whipped cream on top of your cocktail.
5. Grate fresh nutmeg on top of the whipped cream.
6. Enjoy!
