Cranberries are a must-have during the holiday season, and pairing them with our Amaro was an easy choice. The orange and sage pair amazingly with the tart little berries. The addition of a rosemary-infused simple syrup brings this cocktail’s herbal complexity full circle, while the lemon juice adds the acidity needed to balance everything. The egg white softens and adds amazing texture to the cocktail, making it even more enjoyable. Adding a few drops of Angostura bitters on top of the foam gives a beautiful aroma of warm holiday spice that reminds you even more of the holiday season every time you go in for another sip.

1.5oz – Controlled Entropy Amaro
1oz – Cranberry Juice
0.75oz – Lemon Juice
0.5oz – Rosemary Simple Syrup*
1 – Egg White
3-4 Drops – Angostura Bitters
*Our rosemary simple syrup is made by dissolving 500g of sugar in 500g of water and simmering the syrup for 10 minutes with 8g of dried rosemary.
